By using Homestead Ledger you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Midpoint Software Group.
Homestead Ledger helps you keep livestock and expense records. Withdrawal periods, due dates, and summaries are calculated from information you enter and from reference tables that may be incomplete. Always follow the product label and your veterinarian's directions for drug withdrawal times. The year-end summary is a record-keeping export, not tax advice; review it with your tax preparer.
You own the records you enter. You are responsible for who you invite to your farm and for the accuracy of what is entered.
Don't use the app to store data you don't have the right to store, or to interfere with the service.
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app keeps a local copy so you can keep working offline.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midpoint Software Group is not liable for losses arising from reliance on calculations or records in the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
